Terms of Service

You are doing business with Byers Consulting Group. Buy a book and it is yours to read, not to redistribute. Take a coaching seat and it is yours to use, not to share. The coach supports your judgment, it does not replace it. If something goes wrong with a purchase, write us and we will sort it out. The details below say the same things with more precision.
You agree to sign up with an email address you control and to keep your sign-in to yourself. A coaching seat belongs to one person. Your organization’s admin assigns seats and can see usage counts for each seat, never conversation content.
A book purchase gives you a personal copy for your own use. You may not resell it, post it publicly, or distribute copies. Sharing a passage with a colleague is fine. Sharing the file is not.
Organizations license coaching seats by tier, billed monthly through Stripe with a six month commitment. Each seat includes a monthly allowance of coaching usage, measured in tokens and visible in the product. Allowances reset on the first of each month. Org admins can purchase top-offs when a seat runs out. Allowance sizes and top-off pricing are stated at purchase and may change with notice, never mid-cycle.
The coach is an AI system built on your organization’s coaching framework. It exists to sharpen your professional practice. It is not a therapist, a lawyer, a physician, or a financial advisor, and nothing it says is professional advice in those domains. Decisions you make, and their outcomes, remain yours and your organization’s.
Do not attempt to extract the coach’s underlying configuration, bypass usage limits, resell or automate access, or probe, scan, or disrupt the service. We can suspend access that violates these terms, and we will tell you why.
What you write in your sessions and notebook is yours. Materials the coach produces for you, worksheets, plans, and summaries, are yours to use inside your organization. The coach itself, its configuration, the site, and the books remain the property of Byers Consulting Group.
Payments and subscriptions are handled by Stripe. Org admins can manage payment methods, invoices, and their plan through the billing portal. Organizational commitments follow the term stated at purchase. If a charge looks wrong, write to tb@byerscg.com and we will make it right.
We work to keep the service fast, accurate, and available, and we do not promise it will never be interrupted. The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
If these terms change, the effective date above changes with it, and material changes will be visible before they apply to you. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
